European Homemade Sausage Shop is a Milwaukee classic.
Frank Jakubczak has created an old world European experience in a building built in 1905 with old world charm of its own. Updates have certainly been made over the years; however, you can still find the original hanging racks and walk-in cooler. And the wonderful aroma...the unmistakable aroma of hickory fills the air as you walk into Frank's shop.

The Shop has been managed by Frank and his family for the last 38 years and follows The Old World Way which includes preparing dry cured meats and creating the finest sausages with solid hand trimmed portions of pork, expensive spices and real hickory smoke.

In 2011, Frank was featured on Wisconsin Foodie on Milwaukee and Wisconsin Public Televison and the History Channel's Meat America Program. Check it out...
